The Government of Punjab has received a Loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for Developing Resilient Environment And Advancing Municipal Services-I (DREAM-I).
The Local Government and Community Development Department (LG&CDD) of Punjab will be the Executing Agency (EA) and Rawalpindi-WASA & Bahawalpur-WMC will be the Implementation Agency (IA). The PCU on behalf of LG&CDD will provide guidance on, and oversight of the overall implementation and performance of the project. - The above-said Consultants will be recruited using “ADB’s Guidelines on the Use of Consultants by ADB and its Borrowers (2013, as amended from time to time).
- The EOI must be submitted online via the ADB’s Consultant Management System (CMS).
- The EOI must be submitted using the online template in CMS not later than 25th July 2024.
